Keerthy Suresh

Keerthy Yessh was born 17 October 1992 in India, is a movie actress. Keerthy has mainly appeared in Tamil and Telugu cinema, along with a handful of Malayalam. She was awarded the National Film Award Best Actress Award for playing actress Savitri. In addition, she received a Filmfare Award South and three SIIMA Awards. Keerthy Kumar is the daughter producer of film G. Suresh Kumar, and actress Menaka G. Suresh. She began her career as a child performer at the beginning of 2000 and returned to films after studying fashion design. She played her first major role in Geethaanjali (2013) in which was a Malayalam movie. She went on to star in successful films such as Ring Master (2014), Rajinimurugan (2016), Remo (2016), Bairavaa (2017), Nenu Local (2017), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Mahanati (2018), Sarkar (2018), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Penguin (2020), Miss India (2021), Good Luck Sakhi (2022) and Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022). In 2015, Keerthy accepted her first projects outside of Malayalam and signed on to appear in several Tamil films simultaneously. Her first film release is A. A. Vijay's romantic comedic Idhu Enna Maayam (2015) with Vikram Prabhu. The film didn't do well in the theater. To accommodate larger projects, due to her crazier schedule, she was forced to opt from a few films which she started to work on. This included Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye (a love story) as well as Deekay's Kavalaivendam. This meant that she was also involved in two projects, Rajini Murugan followed by Remo featuring Sivakarthikeyan. Dhanush also played in the role of Thodari for Prabhu Solomon's Thodari. The film was pushed back in 2015, and there are reports that it would be released in September 2020, under the new name Janakitho Nenu. Nenu Sailaja was released in 2016 and was starring actor Ram Pothineni. Keerthy was cast as Vijay In Bairavaa by Bharathan the film, which debuted on the 17th of January, 2017.
